No, in fact I've never, ever done an FHA loan! And I've only ever done 1 purchase.
My System is based upon subprime refi's, which require very little underwriting and documentation.
You don't even need your own broker license.

In your last email you mentioned the "dirty f*&^!n’ liberals." Why mix politics with business? Now you have offended me, just like Dan Kennedy did with his conservative Republican crap, and consequently I will never order from you and I am going to unsusbscribe from your email list. I don't want to get into politics with you. If you have a legitimate business offering, offer it, without name calling and revealing your political stupidity.

How do I get Scott to stop leaving those annoying voicemails on my personal cell phone when I never gave him permission to do so in the first place? He doesn't leave a place for you to unsubscribe anywhere so I gues I'll have to research and find out how to stop his phone spam. If you are reading this Scott, I did a press release for you awhile back but never gave you permission to add me to your contact list, please remove me from your voicemails.
