You can't afford not to use direct mail.
Sure, I have umpteen ways for my Members to get tons of subprime refi leads chasing them down, but direct mail is a major pillar in my system.
It's not all you should do, but you shouldn't not do it because you "can't afford it" either.
My direct mail sales letters, copyrighted and licensed to my Members, reliably produce numbers as good as 40 times their cost. That includes list, printing, postage, everything.
So my question to you is, if the bank is giving $40.00 for every dollar bill you bring them, how many would you bring?
You'd go ba!!$ out!
So if you'd go for that, why wouldn't you use a reliable lead generation method like direct mail?
All you need now is the right list and the right sales letter to mail. Fortunately, I can help you with both. :0P

I have developed a system for mailing subprime refi's from 2 year arms that gives me a 25%+ response rate before I even follow up with phone calls. Making $200K a year is not good enough for me though. Is this worth my time? I hate sitting in a room with a bunch of dipshits who aren't even going to put your system into practice, but will surely waste my time, yours, and their own with BS questions. I've been through it a dozen times. What would sound better to you? Me paying $3500 to sit through your course or earn a small percentage of my profits this year. Work with me personally and take a cut of my production. Ever thought of consulting on this level?
